PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Roman offers a complete project management service to our clients in conjunction with our building services. We also collaborate with architects who may offer in-house project management.
RESIDENTIAL INSPECTION
We offer a house owner inspection service where a conclusive snagging report can be produced. All of our inspections follow NHBC guidelines and can include thermal imaging reports which highlight otherwise hidden issues such as sub-standard insulation and leaks. We offer a home buyer report where we can visit a property to give advice on potential future works from a practical standpoint.

NEW BUILD PERIOD STYLE DETACHED HOUSE
The specification for this new build property was to match the neighbouring Victorian style while having a contemporary interior design.
NEW BUILD APARTMENTS IN NEWBURY
This project consisted of a pair of apartments offering spacious and modern accommodation. Designed and built by ourselves the apartments were constructed and finished to an exceptionally high standard.
CONTEMPORARY EXTENSION TO VICTORIAN MILL
This contemporary extension was designed to make the most of the property's proximity to a beautiful river. The project was finished to a high specification with a full height glazed rear wall and folding glazed doors allowing a seamless transition from the dining area to the terrace.
PERIOD PROPERTY EXTENSION AND REFURBISHMENT
Working on this period property required attention to detail and care when blending the extension with the existing building. The extension balanced the rear of the property and by using reclaimed Imperial sized bricks a seamless transition from the original building to the extension was achieved.
PERIOD PROPERTY EXTENSION AND CONTEMPORARY REFURBISHMENT
This project included a rear and side extension to a period property making it into a spacious family home. The use of aluminium Crittall style doors and windows along with the client's internal design gave the home a contemporary and fun feel.
NEW BUILD DETACHED HOUSE
This large detached house was completed by us in 2005. The clients approached us to build the property after we had carried out works to their previous house. A ground source heat pump was installed by our team which has been running perfectly ever since.
