RESIDENTIAL INSPECTION

We offer a full building inspection service where we will go room to room inspecting the current state of the property. This service ranges from a basic snagging report up to a more in depth inspection where we can check various aspects of the construction including: wall insulation, cracks, causes of damp as well as roof inspections using our camera drone. We also have the ability to check properties for heat loss using a thermal imaging camera.

Inspections we offer

One of our most popular inspection services includes a full house snagging report where we go room to room checking the property for potential defects. We also check the exterior of the property and then produce a detailed report with photos. This allows the customer to make an educated decision on whether to buy a property. We also offer full drain surveys allowing recorded footage to highlight existing or potential drainage issues.

Thermal Imaging Surveys

It can be very useful to include a thermal imaging survey with one of our house inspections when trying to pinpoint areas of heat loss and damp issues. The thermal cameras can also find leaks in under floor heating systems in some cases.

Drone Inspection Service

Our drone surveys are very useful for inspecting areas of a property which are inaccessible or hard to get to. We can fly over and around your property producing high quality footage showing close-up views of the roof, chimney and fascia etc.
